As winter sets in, many of us spend more time indoors with screens and artificial lighting. 💻

This shift can strain your eyes, but there are simple ways to protect your vision.

Try the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

Adjust your screen brightness to match your surroundings and consider blue light filters.

Proper room lighting, like ambient light behind your screen, can also reduce strain.

If you’re experiencing eye discomfort, headaches, or changes in your vision, we're here to help!

Oil gland dysfunction affects tear production and eyelid health, creating conditions that allow bacteria to thrive. 😲

This means treating just the stye without addressing the underlying dry eye often leads to recurring problems.

Our comprehensive eye exams can identify meibomian gland dysfunction and dry eye symptoms early. With proper diagnosis, we can create a treatment plan that addresses both concerns.
