Having trouble getting your FreedomWand to hold tissue securely?

It usually comes down to how it’s loaded. Too much tissue and the grippers won’t close and pull in properly. Too little and it can slip out. The best way to make sure it’s secure is by folding or gathering the tissue and making sure to have a pointed tip, insert the tip of the "pom pom" deep into the grippers and pull them all the way back in, then hold by only the tissue and gently shake, this will let you know it's secure.
