This Transformation is really special to me because it's my Dad's
My father has always been the type of guy who was in shape. That was until he started a company and the every day grind started to catch up to him. Quick meals on the road - working 10+ hours a day - spending 3-4 hours in the car traveling from job site to jobsite - no time to slow down and take care of yourself.
After a good 25+ years, the pounds started to pile up.
Fast forward to 2026 and the scale was just short of hitting 300lbs. With Greta and I moving back to the US this past Christmas, we decided it was time to get him back into shape and shed those extra pounds.
I'm overly excited to say that he's down 20+ pounds in about a month and a half and is showing no signs of stopping. Exercise will come later but our focus now is getting the weight down to make the movement easier.
All we've done is changed his diet. There were a few hiccups (sick, life events ect..) But for the most part, he stayed on the meal plan✔️
And as you can see, our meal plans include carbs! 🍔🍚🥔 We design our meals to include the foods you like so that the weightloss journey doesn't feel like punishment but rather a learning process that can be sustained for life.
