Kayla Droscha, MA, LLC is joining our Cascade team. She offers a calm, compassionate space for teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, identity exploration, grief, trauma, and life transitions. She approaches therapy with curiosity and care, honoring each person’s story and meeting clients where they are without judgment. Kayla is especially passionate about identity-focused work and enjoys walking alongside clients as they make meaning of their experiences and move toward growth, authenticity, and hope.

Meet Jenna!

Jenna Puttrich, LLMSW offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where kids and adults can feel safe, build trust, and develop their ability to regulate and respond to big emotions. She partners closely with parents and caregivers, helping them understand the needs beneath their child’s emotional or behavioral struggles so they can work together toward meaningful change.

Jenna specializes in working with children ages 5+, adolescents, and their families. She has experience supporting kids who have navigated foster care and adoption, traumatic events, sexual abuse, grief, anxiety, complex family dynamics, and involvement in the juvenile justice system.

Her approach is relationship-based and client-led, integrating EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, relational neuroscience, and TraumaPlay. Therapy with Jenna often includes a blend of play, art, and talk to keep sessions engaging and accessible.

Jenna also enjoys working with adults. She supports clients through both immediate crises and deeper healing related to trauma, domestic or sexual violence, attachment, anxiety, and depression. In addition to EMDR, she draws from Mindful Self-Compassion, CBT, and DBT to guide her work.

This new location will focus on serving children, adolescents, and families, continuing our mission to make high-quality, relationship-centered care accessible across West Michigan.

Over the next few months, we’ll be building our Wyoming team and adding to our Cascade team — so if you’re a clinician passionate about working with kids and families, we’d love to hear from you.

Meet Kade!

Kade Swartz, MA, LLC is a Limited Licensed Counselor who is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can feel truly seen and heard. He works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions, and also enjoys helping couples build stronger, healthier relationships.

Yesterday, our Executive Clinical Director, Dr. Lindsey Blodgett, PhD, LPC, spent part of the day with some of the incredible nurses, physicians, and providers at the Helen DeVos NICU. Together, we explored Perinatal Mood Disorders and the principles of Trauma-Informed Care in the NICU setting and how they can best support families in those environments.

It was such a meaningful time of learning, collaboration, and connection.

Meet Brittany!

We’re excited to welcome Brittany Riggins, MA, LPC to our team!

Brittany is a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping kids, teens, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and resilience. She specializes in supporting young children—especially birth through age 6—and their caregivers, as well as older kids and adolescents.

She brings extensive experience working with autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, school stress, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. Her approach is creative and engaging, often incorporating play, art, games, and interactive coping tools to help kids express themselves in ways that feel safe and natural. She also offers parents strategies, education, and support for the ups and downs of parenting.

Brittany is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, trained in AutPlay Therapy, EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, and Synergetic Play Therapy. She is committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed care that values each child as a whole person.

Brittany is currently offering Telehealth sessions in Michigan and Kentucky, with plans to begin in-person sessions at our Holland North office by the end of the year. We’re thrilled to have her join us!
