S3x is good for your health. So why are we so bad at talking about it?
Like, clinically. Measurably. Good for you.
Better sleep. Lower pain. Brighter mood. Stronger heart. More energy. Balanced hormones.
And yet โ most of us were never taught to talk about it without shame.
We were taught to grin and bear pain.
We were told "it gets better."
We were dismissed. Rushed. Minimized.
If you're trying to figure out how to have s3x again because of pain โ or you're recovering from an injury, surgery, or living with a chronic condition โ this is for you. ๐
I give my clients actionable strategies they can try right away. Real education. A treasure trove of resources. And many people start feeling relief after the very first session.
Here's what I want you to know:
Painful s3x is NOT something you just have to live with.
You don't need a referral to see an OT in Michigan. (Yay! ๐ One less hoop to jump through.)
You deserve care that sees all of you โ body, mind, and spirit.
I'm here. Ready when you are.
