Your period doesn’t have to be a burden or a ‘curse’. You can welcome Aunt Flow with open arms every month! 😄 Let’s change the narrative about periods. No more hiding your tampon in your sleeve on the way to the bathroom, or missing work because you’re stuck in bed with a heating pad on your belly.

In this workshop you will find the support you need to embrace the power of your cycle. If you experience cramps, severe PMS, fatigue, heavy bleeding, these things are not ‘normal’ and you don’t have to live with debilitating 😣 🩸! Not only that, it’s time we honor the power of our cycle. Let’s squash the shame and embarrassment that society has engrained in us and own our power. The menstruating body is amazing! In this workshop you will gain a better understanding of the phases of your cycle and how you can move through them each month with ease and empowerment. We’ll talk about life style strategies to have you feeling your best. Is hormonal birth control right for you? And how to choose and alternative. And we’ll even do a little intro to abdominal massage too!
