Hi all! I’m so sorry I am not holding class this evening (cardio Dance & Strength), but we will be back in full swing next week…so practice your cowboy/cowgirl moves!🤠

With no class tonight, it’s a great opportunity to take a nice walk outside with friends or family, relax with some yoga, or do a bodyweight workout at home!☀️💪

I can’t wait to see everyone again next week. I will be having a class May 5th to make up for the missed class tonight!:). -Ruby

Amy has two spots left in the TRX yoga pop up class on Saturday.

TRX YOGA is a style of vinyasa yoga that uses the TRX Suspension Trainer as a helping hand to make you feel safe to explore a deeper stretch, try new poses, and advance your practice.

The trx straps are ao easy to use and they are so fun!!! They help you feel an amazing stretch and really help you feel stable as well.

The class is one hour and 15 minutes giving us plenty of time forAmy to provide assistance and great cues to guide you !

The cost is $20 , or if you would like to also join the other two spring pop up TRX classes - TRX Pilates in Aprl and TRX barre in May , you can do that whole series for $50. For every class you attend you are entered into a drawing for a beautiful handmade suncarcher , and the 🍀 lucky winner will be announced during our last pop up class in May.

Everyone is welcome !! But spots are limited to three more so please message to let us know if you would like to join us this Saturday from 10 -11:15 🙂
