Boom! Another few properties transformed these past couple days! Taking today to do some maintenance and watch my oldest daughter act in her school play SHREK the musical! Hope she is as proud of me as I am of her!

This general contractor needed a quick turnaround so he could keep the workflow on schedule. We showed up within 24 hours to wash the house, clean the gutters, and prep the decks for paint. Now his roofer can come in and get a brand new roof on it while the painters give the decks an update. These guys don’t mess around and knew who to call!

Before we finished they booked us back next week to wash the concrete driveway, pool pad, and paver walkways. 💪😎

Seacoast Soft Wash was founded by Hollis, Maine resident Jarrett Woodward to provide homeowners and businesses across Coastal Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire with a professional and efficient approach to exterior cleaning. With a background in aerospace manufacturing, facilities maintenance, and mechanical systems, Jarrett built the company around precision, reliability, and attention to detail.

Much of his professional experience comes from working in high-standard industrial environments where equipment reliability, safety, and ISO-level processes are critical. That experience translates directly into how Seacoast Soft Wash approaches every project — with professional equipment, proven cleaning methods, and a commitment to doing the job right.

After previously operating a contracting business and working in technical maintenance roles, Jarrett saw an opportunity to create a specialized company focused on exterior cleaning done properly. Today, Seacoast Soft Wash provides residential exterior cleaning including pressure washing, house washing, roof cleaning, commercial building washing, gutter cleaning, Ice dam removal and fleet washing throughout Coastal Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire.

These are just a few examples of what can happen if exterior cleaning is done improperly. When you hire someone or a company, always ask for proof of insurance and even a couple of references. A good company will be happy to provide those to you.

On one of these calls the client was told the company was insured and they even had photos of work done on their social media and website. As well as 5 star reviews on Google and thousands of followers. They looked legitimate.

Unfortunately the client found out the hard way that the company not only was inexperienced, but wasn’t actually insured, the photos of the work was AI, the reviews where from friends and family, and the followers where bought or found through other social media groups with the “follow for a follow” method.

We would like to help clients prevent this headache and cost through conversation and education.

We were there and fully prepared for this client. We will be there for you as well.
