I started Seacoast Property Watch in 2023 because the Southern Maine and New Hampshire Seacoast lacked a credible and professional home watch business. Being a local retired police officer and being readily available has allowed me gain the trust of my clients and we continue to grow steadily.

Our role is to provide scheduled visual inspections of your home while you’re away, helping to identify potential issues before they become costly problems. From monitoring for leaks and storm damage to ensuring security and peace of mind, our goal is to care for your home as if it were our own. After each visit, we provide a detailed digital report so you always know the status of your property.

In addition, we also offer a wide variety of additional services for the home that range from watering plants to starting your vehicles. We also have a large network of vetted local contractors that we partner with. We also can oversee them if needed as well.
