Congratulations to Cassandra Lambert, who was chosen as the November Employee of the Month.
She is the Patient Financial Services Representative. She has been in her department and with HMH for a total of 5 months. Her job duties include registering patients, verifying insurance, taking payments and helping anywhere she is needed. What she likes most about HMH is “I love the patients, I enjoy hearing their stories and having the chance to make them smile.”

HMH is proud to show off the newly constructed landing pad at Harmon Memorial Hospital. HMH Plant Operations David Leathers and Johnny Vasquez were heavily involved in its construction.
The new landing pad features are night illumination, better obstacle clearance, and it is legally sized to comply with FAA regulations for heliports at hospitals standards. It also allows an instrument approach if needed.
The helipad, which measures 95' in diameter, can accommodate all of the standard emergency helicopter transport types and has significantly improved visibility.
Pilots have complimented its high visibility from the air.
We are very proud of this upgrade! Also, special thanks to Mike Torres for the awesome photos!

Congratulations to Ashley Beyler, the June HMH Employee of the Month. She is the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and an RN. She has been at HMH for 5 years, 4 as an RN and 6 months in her new role. She is responsible for working the nursing floor, is a swing bed coordinator, and does scheduling and payroll for nursing.
