So here is an interesting case.
I treated this patient over 30 years ago when he fell and broke his front 2 teeth. Unfortunately he did have to lose one of them, and it was replaced with an implant. From an aesthetic standpoint it did not come out as well as I would’ve liked since we were limited with spacing issues and the patient did not want to treat any of his surrounding teeth.
Fast forward 30+ years, he had another accident where he lost another tooth as well as the implant crown. Since he was agreeable, we were able to transform his smile and correct size and spacing issues.
Another happy patient and a beautiful new smile 😊
