We are so excited to welcome nurse practitioner, Emily DeSantis to our team of providers at Holliston Pediatric Group! Emily will be seeing patients primarily in the Holliston Office.

Emily is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and nursing degrees from Northeastern University and Walden University. Emily is passionate about caring for children of all ages and supporting their families. She has a special interest in newborn and infant care, as well as helping families navigate key developmental milestones.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, their two young children, and their golden retriever puppy! Together, they love exploring new places and making family memories.

Tips for a Healthy Back-to-School Routine:

Start the day with a balanced breakfast! Protein, whole grains, and healthy fats can boost focus and energy all morning long.
2. Stay Hydrated
With all the hustle and bustle, it's easy to forget to drink enough water. Keep a water bottle handy for your child throughout the day to stay refreshed and focused.
3. Consistent Sleep Schedule
A good night's sleep is key to your child's ability to learn, grow, and stay energized! Aim for 9-12 hours of sleep per night for children, depending on their age.
4. Choose a Healthy Lunch
Help your child power through the afternoon with a balanced lunch that includes protein, fiber, and few fun snacks!
5. Get Active After School
Encourage physical activity to unwind after the school day! A walk, bike ride, or even a quick dance session can help your child stay fit and boost their mood.
