Hey all! We have come out of our chrysalis and transformed! We will no longer be know as Mind Over Matter Meditation Center, but are reopening as The Lost Art Of Life! This is so exciting and near and dear to my heart, as it captures the essence of where Lost Art started and combined it with where Mind Over Matter was going, to become what it is now - a place designed to help bring you into better alignment with yourself and the world around you. We are in the same location, but we do have a new updated website as well as a new page. So continue to follow us for up and coming events and specials. Thank you for your support! One Love.

Your Own Yoga Pod!
I am excited to announce our new way of holding in person yoga classes! Grab a friend or family member and create your own pod of yogis. All it takes it two to start a pod and can hold up to four more of your friends, families or close connections, anyone you want to spend an hour with getting grounded, centered, and balanced with in a relaxed and nurturing environment. Pick a time that works for you and book your pod at mommcinfo@yahoo.com. Classes are $20 per person.
