Huge Announcement Time!

We are absolutely thrilled to launch Pediatric Nutrition Services with Jennifer~

Jennifer has been a Registered Dietician for 20 years, she is a dedicated mom of 3 and is the other half of the LCS IBCLC team for the past 3 years! (Don't worry families, she is still the other half of the LC team, lactation is still a huge passion for her!)

Jennifer brings her extensive expertise in critical areas such as starting solids, managing food allergies and intolerances, picky eating, and supporting healthy growth and development.
Striving to support families through every stage of childhood nutrition—from infancy to teenagers. Please help me congratulate Jennifer on filling a need in our community and expanding her services!

Our October workshop is just a few weeks away!

Join us for an in person group childbirth workshop. and Pender Pelvic Health and Therapy Services have teamed up to bring our community the childbirth education it needs. You will learn comfort measures during labor, how to make informed decisions about your health and your baby’s health, birth preferences, how your support team can help during labor, pelvic floor health, creating a postpartum plan and so much more!!

This workshop is designed for expecting mamas and support persons. We will have a workbook to guide us through all topics discussed and also gift bags filled with our favorite pregnancy and postpartum items. Amanda will be leading a prenatal yoga session.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT…. Bailee is pregnant!!

As a doula, I have had the honor of supporting so many beautiful births, and now it’s my turn once again! Our family is growing, and we are beyond thrilled to welcome our third baby 🤍

This journey feels extra special, knowing firsthand the power and beauty of birth. We can’t wait to welcome this little one and share this adventure with all of you. I hope to bring even more resources and a unique perspective to this community throughout this experience.

POSITIVE PREGNANCY TEST👶🏼

What’s next!? Call the provider you want to see for your prenatal care and they will get you scheduled for your first appointment. Usually around 8-10 weeks gestation. They will calculate gestation based on the start date of your last menstrual cycle.

Here’s what to expect at that first and maybe second prenatal appointment.
