We had the Discovery Science Center visit us for an exciting Shark Science lesson. Students explored the incredible diversity of sharks while using their observation skills to examine shark teeth and scales up close.

They also investigated the external anatomy of sharks by observing preserved spiny dogfish sharks, getting a hands-on look at what makes these fascinating ocean predators unique.

Then we dove into a Bill Nye science lesson 🧪🔬 and wrapped up the day with a visit next door to the Holistic Lifestyle Center for smoothies and a quick health lesson.
