The tongue acts like a switch for nasal breathing!

When your tongue is resting up against the palate, the only way you can breathe is in and out of the nose. 👃

💡💡I get to see the lightbulb moments my clients have when they connect Myo 👄function with their symptoms. 👎🏻It’s both hopeful 🤞🏻and frustrating…..
😣😣😣😣frustrating that it often took waaaay too long to discover ⌛️and there is some water🌉 under the bridge that we can’t get back.

But 🙏🏻🙏🏻HOPEFUL🙏🏻🙏🏻because now we have a plan for improvement. 🤩
