This Valentine’s Day, I’m not just celebrating romantic love… I’m celebrating us. 🤍

Prana has never just been a yoga studio to me. It’s been a room full of deep breaths, shared smiles, quiet breakthroughs, and the kind of community that shows up — even on the hard days.

I love the way we roll out our mats next to each other without judgment.

I love the way we cheer each other on in small victories — holding a pose a little longer, choosing peace instead of pressure, coming back after time away.

I love the way this space reminds us that growth doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful.

But today, I also want to talk about loving yourself.
Because every time you choose to step into class…

Every time you take a slower breath instead of reacting…

Every time you give yourself permission to rest…
That’s love.

Yoga has taught me that self-love isn’t indulgent — it’s foundational. When we move with intention, breathe with awareness, and care for our bodies, we show up better for everyone around us. The love we cultivate on our mat spills into our families, our friendships, our work, and our world.

Prana is special because of the people in it. The kindness. The accountability. The shared commitment to becoming stronger, softer, more present humans.
So today, I just want to say… I love this community. I love the way we hold space for each other. And I love watching each of you learn to hold space for yourselves.

Happy Valentine’s Day to the most grounded, gracious, growth-minded community I know. 🤍

I’ve learned that keeping things fresh doesn’t always mean chasing something new—it can be as simple as working a little “snow” into the routine ❄️

Some days that looks like changing the pace, stepping outside my comfort zone, or letting myself play instead of push. Snow slows things down, wakes up new muscles, and reminds me to stay present. It keeps me curious, adaptable, and engaged—mentally and physically.

Same practice, same commitment… just a fresh layer on top. And honestly? That little shift makes all the difference.
