Our next women’s healing circle will meet on Tuesday, November 4th.

In this circle, we will be talking about values. Your values represent the personal set of rules that you live by. Those rules are a defining piece of who you are, and each person’s set of rules (values) may be very different. Values are part of what is on the inside that drives what happens on the outside. Your actions and behaviors, your integrity or lack thereof, and the way you treat others are influenced by your personal values. Questions we will discuss this week include: What do you value in yourself and others? Are you treating yourself and others according to your values?

In our first circle, we will be talking about identifying and framing our goals. What do we truly want and why do we want it? What will be different in our lives once we achieve the goal, or is it the journey to it that is what's important?
