As you see by the top banner, our next Versiti blood drive in Fenton is Thursday, November 6 (2:30-7 PM). We are growing our presence in Fenton one drive at a time. Saving the lives of our patients is our goal.

Thursday, October 23's blood drive in Holly was our first-ever Thursday blood drive and proved to be SUCCESSFUL!

Goal: 40 (reduced to 34, as we had a staff call in)
Whole Blood: 38
Double Red: 6
Plasma: 1
Total: 51!!

That is nearly 130 patients' lives that can be impacted in Michigan hospitals from this blood drive. Way to go, everyone!

Thanks to our five student volunteers from Holly and Lake Fenton schools, with a shoutout to J. K. for his dependable assistance. We also had four excellent adult volunteers who again helped our drive run smoothly.

Again, thanks to the Holly Calvary Church of Holly for the space to hold our Monthly blood drives.

Had my first 3-minute Versiti, Holly Blood Drive presentation at the Village of Holly Council meeting on October 14, 2025. My Versiti rep, Kate Del Piano came with me and introduced me. It was a fast 3 minutes!

April Brandon, the Pres of the Village Council, encourages me to be a part of events or activities that the Village of Holly does.
Thanks, April Brandon! Of course, once you get me started talking about blood donation and how important it is to patients in Michigan, I will be at the meetings for my 3-minutes.
