I keep telling women to stop running to the OB-GYN for every single concern.

You don’t need to wait months for an appointment just to ask about discharge, cramps, pap smears, or birth control.

I’m a Primary Care Provider — and I do women’s health.

I can manage:
✅ Pap smears
✅ STD testing & treatment
✅ Birth control
✅ Irregular cycles / PCOS
✅ Menopause & hormones
✅ Thyroid, fatigue, and labs

Unless you’re pregnant or need a specific surgical procedure, your P*P can handle most of your female health needs — and usually with faster access.

Let’s stop gatekeeping care and start teaching women how to actually use the system.

I’m rarely lost for words, but as I sit with the idea that my baby is growing up, it’s taking me a minute to get myself together.

16 years ago, God entrusted me to be your mother and it’s a responsibility that I protect and covet with my life. There is no purer form of love than the way I feel for you and your sister .

Watching you grow into a man is a joy, and also a privilege. It is not easy, navigating the many phases of being a teen mom, to being a mom of a teen but with God our little family continues to defy all the odds . There is nothing in this world you cannot do with Jesus Christ guiding your steps.

Continue to show up for yourself, trust God and we’ll figure out the rest. Happy 16th birthday Juju 🏀⛹🏽🎂
