This video is made to talk about Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is, some signs, exercises and massage techniques to help treat and maintain a healthy wrist.
The main cause of CTS is repetitive overuse of a certain motion of the wrist, which then results in a numbness/tingling effect on tge thumb, index, middle and outer part of the ring fingers. This is very common to hair stylist, computer techs, accountants, athletes who use the wrist a lot, and the most common among is video gamers. Pain is also an indicator during wriet flexion and extension.
There are a few exercises and stretches I demonstrate around the middle of the video that help for rehab as well as massage techniques.
