Lakas Kids & Teens

CrossFit Lakas Kids and Teens fitness program is designed specifically to promote a lifelong love for fitness! Our program is not simply a scaled-down version of CrossFit. It is an entirely different version of CrossFit, geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population. Our program is dedicated to developing strength and conditioning, emphasizing natural and consistent movement throughout childhood and adolescence. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well rounded athletes.
