Consistency in nutrition.
Your body will not have enough time to adjust to healthy changes if you aren’t consistent with your diet.
People can be very wishy washy with nutrition because they want to try all these different tips, diets and strategies when they actually need 3 weeks to even adjust to a new nutrition routine before seeing any results.
Pick what’s right for you and your lifestyles and Stick. With. It.
You won’t see results if you’re constantly changing calories, amount of meals, macros, and protein intake.
