Want a crazy good workout for your posterior chain (low back and core, butt, hammies)? Try ninja deadlifts!

I learned these from my good buddy and actual world’s strongest man

TOUCH the floor with NO bounce and NO sound. Use way less weight and do 3 sets of 5, then work up heavier. If you make ANY sound you gotta restart. It forces you to use such control and focus it’ll torch you even at 1/3 your usual weight.
