Child’s Pose is a foundational yoga posture that offers rest, release, and gentle stretching for the back, hips, and shoulders. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this pose is a beautiful way to reconnect with your breath and give your body a moment to soften.

Try different variations to support your body: add a bolster, bring your knees closer together, or widen your stance to release the hips more deeply.
