Here is your friendly reminder: Sleep is such an important component during your Weightloss journey. The average person usually gets about 5 hours of sleep a night, studies have shown you should aim for 7-9 hours.

Tips to help your sleep patterns while on our medications:

1. Drink lots of water.
2. Take your dose of medication earlier.
3. Stabilizer: this medication we supply you with is intended to cut out jittery feelings.
4. Communication: we are here to help and it’s important you talk to us about your experience so we can provide solutions.
5. Sleepy time teas or melatonin.
6. Calming lotions, CBD, meditation.
