My hubby was just asking about drinking pickle juice while decanting the few pickles left from our giant COSTCO stash! 🥒
Funny enough, I actually got to chat about this very topic with , for one of her latest articles.
Would I drink it? - Well, maybe just a bit to add some tang to a mocktail -- I especially love the flavor of "bread and butter" pickles.

🎥 I jumped on this TREND: ZUCCHINI WRAPS! 🥒💚
I’m not cutting carbs — just finding fun new ways to load up on veggies (yep, they’re in the wrap!).
Plus - it's a great way to sneak in more veggies without overwhelm! 🥒🌯🌿
I’m officially hooked — thin zucchini slices oven baked with cheese to perfection and wrapped around all the fresh, tasty fillings you love.
These light, golden crisp zucchini wraps can pack in delicious nutrient-dense filling and are totally crave-worthy. 😍💚
Bonus: It’s low-carb, gluten-free, and ready in under 10 minutes -- esp. if you use an airfryer!
👉 Save this for a quick lunch or snack idea.
Would you try it? 👇 Drop your favorite filling combos!

🎃🍫 It's totally okay to keep the Halloween candy.
You don’t need to toss it or start a sugar “reset.” Candy can absolutely fit into a balanced eating pattern — it’s all about context and how you enjoy it.
Here are a few fun and satisfying ways to enjoy that leftover Halloween candy:
🍯 Add a fun-size bar as a topping on fiber-rich oatmeal — balance sweetness with slow-digesting carbs.
🥣 Crumble candy over Greek yogurt for a protein + flavor boost.
🍞 Bake it in: swap chocolate chips for chopped Reese’s or minis in pumpkin bread or cookies — perfect for sharing.
No need for guilt — food can be both nourishing and fun. ✨

So I've got Eustachian Tube Dysfunction — left ear feels clogged, and there's that fun combo of buzzing + swooshing. All thanks to sinus congestion. Ugggh.
BUT… life doesn’t stop. There’s still work, practice, responsibility.
So here I am grinning and bearing it — and as my reel shows --- stretching, balancing, and yes… chewing gum. 🫧 Helps to be distracted with workouts, cliemt calls, overall staying busy. The quiet moments make it hard. lol!
Chewing gum is not something I normally do, but it actually helps open my ears a bit. Weird, but I’ll take it.
Body's not perfect. Still gotta show up. 💪

Caramel apples have always been a fall favorite for me 🍎🍫 I still remember a childhood Halloween party where we had caramel apples, cocoa, popcorn “ghosts,” and watched movies—it was the coziest vibe 🎃🍿 Much more fun for me than trick-or-treating!
These days, I like to keep it simple—so I made these apple slices topped with peanut butter, chopped dates, a drizzle of chocolate, and a sprinkle of trail mix for that perfect crunch. Fast, easy, and still hits all those nostalgic flavors 🙌✨
Watch the full video to see how I made them!
👇 Comment with your favorite caramel apple memory, and don’t forget to save & share this with someone who loves fall treats 🍂💛

When I was growing up, our pantry was always stocked — Twinkies, Ding Dongs, Suzy Qs, Cheez-Its, chips… you name it.
That was everyday snacking for me. And it may have been adding to my already high-intense nature and general anxiety. Yes, as a child, I was a worry-wort.
Then one day, I went to a friend’s house and her mom served us fresh fruit cups. No sugary treats. No salty snacks. I remember thinking: “Wait… people eat like this?”
Fast forward to Jr. High and High School — those same girls? Fit, glowing, full of energy, and not overwhelmed by stress. 💪
It wasn’t until after college (undergrad) that I truly started to connect the dots between food and how I felt. I didn’t “go on a diet,” I just began to understand balance.
Now? I believe in nourishing your body AND enjoying your favorite treats. 🍓🍫 But also knowing that certain foods are more likely to contribute to my stress than others.
It’s not about restriction. It’s about rhythm. Wellness isn’t a punishment — it’s a vibe.
