We’re proud to announce a new partnership between BCOM Health and the Community Foundation of Broward! 💙

Through a $25,000 Cancer Screening & Care Grant, this collaboration will help expand access to cancer education, early detection, and comprehensive support services for underserved communities across Broward County.

The BCOM Cancer Screening & Care Program is designed to empower residents with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to take charge of their health and receive timely, life-saving care.

Together, we’re making early detection and quality cancer care more accessible for everyone.

BCOM Walks for a Cause! 🩷

This year, our BCOM team proudly joined the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer once again—walking hand in hand with our community to raise awareness, funds, and hope for those impacted by breast cancer.

Every step we took was in honor of survivors, fighters, and loved ones we’ve lost—and in support of a future free from breast cancer. 💪💗

We’re grateful to everyone who donated, walked, and showed up with so much heart. Together, we’re making a difference—one stride at a time.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is more than ribbons and pink campaigns. It’s a time to elevate education, reduce stigma, improve access to care, and reinforce that every woman deserves top-quality screening and support. When breast cancer is caught early, treatment success rates are much higher, but screening access remains uneven, particularly for underserved communities. That’s where community health centers like BCOM play a critical role — bringing comprehensive care closer to home.

From blogs to resource fairs to our new mammography and imaging expansion with Promise Fund, we feel honored to be involved in Breast Cancer Awareness Month in so many ways within our community. Our team had an incredible time joining Community Health Center leaders from across the nation at the National Association of Community Health Centers Conference, where we explored innovative strategies for workforce development, financial sustainability, and advancing high-quality primary care.

It was inspiring to connect, collaborate, and share ideas with others dedicated to strengthening community health and expanding access to care. 💙
