Sugar Free Banana Cake πŸ˜‹

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 5 bananas
- 75g of oats
- 75g of coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Optional: nuts, almonds and raisins. β € β € β €
How to make?
In a bowl beat the eggs with the help of a fork, and add the smashed bananas. Mix and add the oats, mix and add the coconut oil. Mix and add the coconut flour. Mix and add cinnamon and salt. Mix and add the nuts (cut them with a knife if they are too large) and raisins. Add the baking powder and mix. β € β € β €
Bake for 30-40 minutes. β € β € . β €

HOW DOES A COACHING SESSION WORK?

Each session will last 75 minutes, where through our conversation, I will identify and analyze the main points you want to work on.

We will create goals and objectives, and at the end of each session we will do an energy healing through a guided meditation for about 15 minutes.

After your session, I will send you an email with a summary of what we talked about and personalized activities for the coming weeks.

We will meet twice a month. .

In addition, our day-to-day communication will take place via e-mail, where I will clarify your doubts, providing tips, support, and motivation.
