Although I never served, I love the great professional relationship I've shared with Vets. Many years ago in the 1980s I worked a VA clinic on Washington St. in Newark. 🇺🇸One time I was doing a minor procedure on a Korean Vet; had to give him a local Novocaine and take off his infected deformed toenail. He said to me, “I had this done in Korea, Doc”. Me being a stupid young doc, said, “Oh, a MASH unit” (MASH the TV show was based on these Mobile Army Surgical Hospitals). He looked at me and said, “No, I was a POW, they put Bamboo shoots under all my nails, no Novocaine, to try and make me talk…I didn’t”. Bless him. 🇺🇸🇺🇸

May 28, 2021, Update on Masks in the Office: We will be following Gov. Murphy's ruling (per CDC guidance), that masks will continue to be required in medical offices.
Rest assured that Dr Caputo & Dr DeLorenzo and all staff are either fully vaccinated or have antibodies to the CoVid-19 virus.
