A beautiful space for reflection and connection.

🟢 Ball Yoga with Michelle
4:45 p.m.
This supportive, strengthening class uses the stability ball to build balance and core strength while still feeling approachable and fun.

🌬 Transformative Breathwork with Denise
6:00–7:30 p.m. | $35
If you’ve never experienced breathwork, this may be your sign. It’s grounding, healing, and often surprisingly powerful.
