We couldn’t be more grateful to be spending it with you, our Living Simply Well family. Thank you for your continued support, your presence, and for choosing to show up for yourselves alongside us. 🤍

With Christmas just days away, we know this season can feel full, joyful and sometimes a little overwhelming. We want to gently remind you that you’re always welcome to slow down here. 💛 Hey LSW friends! We hope you’re having a cozy Saturday evening.

We just wanted to pop in and share something we’re really excited about, because it truly feels like the kind of day we all need more of.

On Saturday, January 10th, we’re hosting a Winter Day Retreat at Living Simply Well, a full day to slow down, care for yourself, and reconnect… without rushing back to real life.

✨ Gentle, nourishing self-care with Dee Dee Sowle — healing touch, essential oils, Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
✨ A chance to explore the Kosha Model with Angie and understand your body, energy, and spirit on a deeper level
✨ A cozy castor oil wellness workshop with Angie & Jamie
✨ Breakfast + lunch included
✨ And ending the day with a calming sound bath & closing ceremony

It’s one of those days where you don’t have to plan, lead, or hold space for anyone else — you just get to receive.

Sometimes the first step toward feeling better isn’t a big commitment, it’s simply learning what’s available and knowing you’re not alone.

💛 12-Week Wellness Program Meet & Greet
🗓️ January 11th | 1-3 p.m.
This open house is a welcoming space to explore our wellness offerings, meet our coaches, ask questions, and get a feel for the support available to you in the year ahead, with no pressure and no obligation.

One of the coaches you’ll meet is Denise, whose work gently supports the nervous system, emotional processing, and mind-body connection.

✨ Breathwork with Denise — Tomorrow at 6 p.m.
Breathwork is a guided practice that helps calm the body, release stored tension, and create clarity, especially helpful for anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm.
No experience is needed. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are.

Hello Friends! 😊

For those who may not know me, I’m Daniela, I help bring Living Simply Well to life through branding, visuals, and storytelling. But beyond the creative work, I’m also a human on a healing journey.

I've been struggling with sever anxiety since I was 17 and over the years, I’ve learned how to manage it… but 2025 became the year I truly committed to my health — mentally, physically, and emotionally. After learning my glucose levels were borderline diabetic, I knew it was time to slow down, listen to my body, and choose myself more intentionally.

That’s what led me to begin the 12-week wellness program here at LSW, and even halfway through, the changes have been meaningful. My relationship with food has shifted, my awareness has deepened, and most importantly, I’ve begun to feel more supported in my body.

Recently, I experienced breathwork for the very first time with Denise and it was one of the most eye-opening, grounding experiences I’ve ever had. What started with hesitation turned into a level of calm and release I didn’t know was possible. For a moment, everything softened, the noise, the fear, the constant doing and my body finally rested.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, disconnected from yourself, or simply tired… I want you to know you’re not alone.

✨ Denise will be offering a Breathwork session at Living Simply Well this Friday from 6–7:30 PM
💛 $25 | In-studio

She also offers 1:1 sessions for deeper support and healing.

✨ Meet Our Newest Teacher — Allison Dienger ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Allison Dienger to the Living Simply Well teaching family. 🌿

For Allison, yoga is about connection, to the body we live in, to the emotions that move through us, to the spirit that quietly resides within, and to a peaceful inner landscape for the mind.

Her intention is to hold a safe, comforting space that invites reflection, self-discovery, and presence. She sees the dance between movement and stillness as medicine and lovingly invites you to join her on the mat.

Allison began her yoga journey in 2011 and quickly knew this was a lifelong path. Her studies took her across the world, beginning in Kenya with the Africa Yoga Project, then to Australia and Indonesia, and eventually back home to Madison and La Crosse. She is deeply devoted to continual growth and expansion, believing that showing up for the journey is what truly nourishes us.

🧘♀️ Class Schedule with Allison:
✨ Flow Yoga — Thursdays, every other week, 4:45–5:45 p.m. (opposite of Ball Yoga)

✨ Yin Yoga — Starting January 4, 2026, Sundays, every other week, 4–5 p.m. (opposite of Janell’s Yin class)

This will be Denise’s final breathwork class of the year, and it’s a beautiful way to pause and reset.
Breathwork can feel like a reset button for the mind and body — helping release tension, calm the nervous system, and bring clarity as the new year approaches.
