Happy Monday LSW Family! We’ve been having some really meaningful conversations behind the scenes about wellness, healing, and what people are actually moving through and it’s been planting the seeds for something new we’re slowly dreaming up.

We’re starting to imagine what a Living Simply Well podcast could feel like… and before anything takes shape, we really want to listen to you.

Happy Sunday Everyone! For so many of us, February feels like the real beginning of the year, after the settling, the slowing down, and the gentle reset of January.

Even though it’s a shorter month, it holds so much possibility. A chance to come back to yourself, set new intentions, and take small, meaningful steps toward feeling better in your body, mind, and life, all while being supported by a caring, welcoming community. 🌿

✨ Tonight at 6pm — Let’s breathe together ✨

Happy Friday, friends.

If this week has felt heavy, busy, emotional, or just a little too much… tonight is a beautiful opportunity to pause and come back to yourself.

Our Breathwork with Denise session is happening tonight at 6pm for $25, and we’d really love to fill the room with people who are ready to release, reset, and breathe in community.

Denise brings so much care, safety, and heart into this space, this is not just “breathing,” it’s a deeply grounding, nervous-system-soothing experience that helps your body let go of what it’s been holding onto.

Breathwork can help:
🌿 Release stress and emotional tension
🌿 Calm the nervous system
🌿 Create clarity and a sense of lightness
🌿 Support healing during times of transition or overwhelm

And honestly… sometimes it just feels really good to lie down, be guided, and let your breath do the work.

Hey LSW Family! Our first session is right around the corner…
And we’re so excited to share this with you.

Living the Layers of Yoga is a 10-part philosophy and practice series exploring the Koshas, Kleshas, and the Eight Limbs of Yoga, a journey into understanding yourself more fully through body, breath, mind, and awareness.

This isn’t about being “good” at yoga.
It’s about learning how to live with more clarity, compassion, and connection both on and off the mat.

Each session gently weaves together:
✨ mindful movement
✨ breathwork
✨ meditation
✨ reflection & discussion

so the wisdom of yoga becomes something you can feel and carry into everyday life.

We begin with Part 1: The Koshas on February 7 (9:30–11:30 a.m.) — where we’ll explore the five layers of being, from the physical body to the deepest layer of peace and presence.

Join us for Karma Yoga
🗓 Wednesday | 7:15 PM

This is a donation-based class created with one simple intention:
to move together, breathe together, and give back.

All donations from this class will support The Hunger Task Force of La Crosse, and Living Simply Well will be matching donations — doubling the impact of our collective care. 🌿

You don’t need to be an experienced yogi.
You don’t need to come with a perfect practice.
You just need to show up as you are.

Karma Yoga is about gentle movement, shared intention, and remembering that even small acts when done together can make a real difference.

Happy Tuesday LSW Family 💛

We wanted to share something new with you today, something that’s very close to our hearts.

Over the past few months, we’ve been listening deeply to our community… to the stories, the struggles, the transitions, the quiet moments people carry with them when they walk through our doors.

And from that listening, Inner Anchor: Yoga for Recovery was born.

This is a gentle, recovery-centered yoga class created for anyone who is navigating something tender in life; whether that’s addiction (of any kind), grief, emotional overwhelm, burnout, major life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.

You don’t need a label.
You don’t need to explain your story.
You don’t need to be “good at yoga.”

You just need to arrive as you are. 🧡

Inner Anchor is a trauma-informed, choice-based practice led by Angie, focused on:
• nervous system regulation
• grounding, predictable movement
• conscious breathing
• guided rest and reflection
• creating a safe, non-judgmental space to reconnect with your body

This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about being held, supported, and gently reminded that you don’t have to carry everything alone.

💛 Meet Lori, Our New Studio Assistant 💛

Happy Monday Everyone! We’re so excited to introduce Lori, who is joining the Living Simply Well family as one of our studio assistants, and we couldn’t be happier to have her here. 🌿

Lori brings a background in healthcare and a deep interest in mind–body wellness. She truly believes in creating spaces that feel calm, welcoming, and supportive, where everyone feels comfortable just being themselves.

Her approach to wellness is compassionate, approachable, and sustainable, and she loves being part of a community that encourages people to slow down, reconnect, and care for themselves in gentle, meaningful ways.

You’ll start seeing Lori at the studio on Saturdays, and she’ll be supporting our guests during our Saturday Reset Sequence yoga class. ✨

If you’re joining us this weekend, be sure to say hello and help us give her a warm LSW welcome!

💛 Hello LSW family 💛

It’s hard to believe we’re already stepping into the last week of January and honestly, we’re feeling really grateful for this community and for all the ways you continue to show up, even in the quieter seasons.

As we move into February, we want to keep shaping our offerings in a way that truly supports you. With that in mind, we’ll be pausing a few weekly classes that haven’t been getting much attendance lately:
• Vinyasa Flow – Wednesday mornings
• Chair Yoga – Thursday mornings
• Fusion – Wednesday afternoons

This isn’t goodbye, it’s just us creating space to listen, adjust, and grow intentionally. 💛
We’re currently exploring new days and times for future classes, and we’d love your input:
👉 What days, times, or types of classes would you most like to see in our schedule? Drop your thoughts in the comments, your voice really matters to us.

In the meantime, our regular weekly classes are continuing, and we have some beautiful offerings to close out the month and begin February with intention:

If your week has felt full, busy, or a little overwhelming, today is a lovely opportunity to slow things down and give your nervous system some much-needed care.

Join us this afternoon for Sound Bath + Yoga Nidra with Angie 🕓 Today | 4:00–5:30 p.m.

This practice is all about deep rest and gentle restoration, you’ll be guided into a state of relaxation through soothing sound and Yoga Nidra (a meditative practice often called “yogic sleep”).

It’s a beautiful way to:
✨ Release stress and tension
✨ Calm the mind and nervous system
✨ Support better sleep and overall balance
✨ Simply rest and be held in a peaceful space

Come with a friend, or gift this time to yourself and come solo, both are always welcome here. 💛 And feel free to stay after and enjoy something nourishing from our organic beverage bar as you ease back into the rest of your evening.
