As food assistance programs continue to face cuts, our community needs us more than ever. Every contribution big or small helps provide meals to those who need them most. 🌙

As you wind down tonight, take a few moments to pause, breathe, and set your heart on what you want this new month to hold.

Now that we're stepping into this new month, we honor all that October taught us: the growth, the gratitude, and the moments that reminded us how beautiful change can be. 🍂

We have so many meaningful offerings this month, from tomorrow’s Pop-Up Yin Yoga + Sound Bath with Angie and Janell, to our Karma Yoga and Karma Yoga + Sound Bath sessions supporting The Hunger Task Force and New Horizons (with all donations matched by doTERRA 💛). Plus, beautiful workshops like Faith Yoga, Intro to Oils, and our Black Friday Vinyasa Flow to close the month with energy and joy.

Join us for our Faith Yoga Pop-Up: a 90-minute class that blends gentle movement, mindful breathing, and scripture to create a sacred space of stillness, worship, and renewal.
