Tonight, we gently wrap up the month and get ready for a fresh start tomorrow.
Not as an ending, but as an invitation. 💛

Here’s what’s unfolding at the studio this week:

🌿 NEW CLASS LAUNCH — Yoga Fusion (Starts TOMORROW!)
Our very first Yoga Fusion class launches Monday at 5:30 p.m. with Keli!
This dynamic class blends strength-building movement, mindful flow, and breathwork — offering a more energetic practice for those who love feeling strong and grounded in their bodies.

We’re also adding Yoga Fusion with Christine on Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m. (noon) — a perfect mid-day reset to move, breathe, and recharge.

✨ Important update:
We are no longer offering Pilates classes.
Not to worry — all Pilates class packages will still be honored and can now be used for yoga classes, including Yoga Fusion!

🌞 Salute to the Sun — Start Your Week with Angie
Join us tomorrow at 5:30 a.m. for a sunrise-focused flow to welcome the new week with clarity and calm.

If you’re still feeling full, slow, tender, or a little out of rhythm after the holiday, you’re not alone. 💛

Did you know your nervous system doesn’t recognize holidays, only safety?

It’s your body coming down from stimulation, emotion, sugar, schedules, and people.

Regulation happens through:
•slow breathing
•hydration
•gentle movement
•warmth
•quiet moments
•compassion

Wellness doesn’t start with a plan.
It starts with listening. 💛

Today take 15 minutes for yourself...
Unclench your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.
Take one slow breath in through your nose…
and release it gently through your mouth.

Regulation doesn’t require perfection, it comes from small acts of care!
