Before ‘Spex’ became the face of Goodrich Optical, he was just a schnauzer with unusually strong opinions about lens alignment.

He grew up in this practice. Watched thousands of patients walk in squinting and walk out seeing clearly. Sat through enough conversations about pupillary distance and progressive lens designs to earn a certification of his own.

Over time, he realized something. Most people have no idea what actually goes into a great pair of glasses. The measurements. The fitting. The difference between a pair that works and a pair that truly performs.

That bothered him.

So ‘Spex’ decided to do something about it. He is here now — bow tie on, suspenders straight — to make sure you know exactly what exceptional eye care looks like.
