You are worthy because God created you with purpose, strength, and value. 💛

God is in EVERY single moment whether we acknowledge Him or not. Often times it is slowing down enough to really feel Him. Tonight we slowed down and enjoyed the moments with Him in a BIG way with some gentle flow yoga.

Devotional: God in Every Moment

There’s not a single second of your life that slips beyond God’s presence. From the quiet early mornings to the chaotic afternoons, from the laughter that fills a room to the tears that fall in silence — He is there.

We often look for God in the big moments — the miracles, the breakthroughs, the answered prayers. But just as powerfully, He dwells in the ordinary. He’s in the warmth of sunlight on your face, the kindness of a friend, the breath that fills your lungs.

When life feels heavy, remind yourself that God is not only beside you in the mountaintop victories but also holding you gently in the valleys. Each moment — even the small, unnoticed ones — is woven with His love and purpose.

Scripture:
“The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” — Deuteronomy 31:8



Prayer

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for being in every moment of my life — the joyful ones, the hard ones, and even the quiet in-between. Help me to slow down and see You in the ordinary, to feel Your peace in the busy, and to trust Your hand in the uncertain. Teach my heart to rest in the truth that You are always near, guiding, loving, and sustaining me through it all.

You know what that means… temptations everywhere! From leftover Halloween candy to Thanksgiving feasts and Christmas cookies — it’s officially that time of year when staying consistent can feel extra tough.

But don’t panic — we’ve got this together! 💥
This season, I’ll be sharing my best Farmgirl Fitness Tips to help you stay on track, feel amazing, and keep those extra holiday pounds far, far away.

✨ Tip #1: Get rid of the Halloween candy!
Yes, I said it 😅 — toss it, donate it, or get it out of sight. Those fun-size treats are sneaky little calories that add up quick!

Let’s stay strong, stay consistent, and remind ourselves that showing up through the holidays is what keeps our bodies and minds feeling their best! 💪❤️
