🧠Taking care of your mental health is often about small, repeatable habits.
🌩️Today we're at the Nemaha Central High School Mental Health Fair, inviting teens to share their “Mental Health Move” on our community wall, one simple action they use to care for their mental well-being.
These small actions help regulate stress, emotions, and energy levels throughout the day.
✨Some examples we’ve seen:
✔ Listening to music
✔ Spending time with friends
✔ Getting outside
✔ Taking a break
✔ Playing sports
✔️ Driving my tractor
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. What works for one person might look different for another.
