What makes the story all the more special is that Paul is the father of our very own Marian Place Housing Manager Joshua DeLisle. It's time to recognize the final Trinity Health Senior Community to make the pages of U.S. News & World Report's 2026 Best Nursing Home issue! Congratulations, Heartwood Lodge! Our Skilled Nursing Community in Spring Lake, Michigan, took honors for its "high-performing" programs in Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation. Administrator Danielle Gill said that the citation is important to the regional community, explaining: “Many families use the issue as part of their senior health care discovery and planning process, and this shines a light on Heartwood Lodge’s excellence in both Short-Term Rehab and Long-Term Care. Our team works diligently and with great compassion to achieve outstanding results for each individual in our care."

More good news! The team at Mary's Meadow in Holyoke, MA is celebrating its Short-Term Rehabilitation program's "High Performing" rating from U.S. News & World Report in their 2026 Best Nursing Homes issue. Mary's Meadow is a Skilled Nursing Community founded by the Sisters of Providence and managed by Trinity Health Senior Communities.

“We know and appreciate how meaningful this recognition from U.S. News & World Report is,” said Mary’s Meadow Administrator Tom Accomando. “Our Short-Term Rehabilitation team is tireless in their work to provide outstanding compassionate care and to get our patients ready to return to their routines. I’m proud of our outcomes and of every professional at Mary’s Meadow who has a hand in achieving them.”

Upon learning that The Neighborhoods of White Lake, our Skilled Nursing Community in White Lake, MI, had earned 2026 "Best Nursing Homes" honors from U.S. News & World Report for its Short-Term Rehabilitation Program, Administrator Anngenette Turner said that it speaks volumes about her team and the THSC Mission. “Knowing that our Short-Term patients receive high-quality compassionate care with us and then go on to have successful outcomes well beyond their stay is a testament to our extraordinary professionals and to our Mission,” she explained.
