Hello Yogi's - I hope your summer has been good so far. Hard to believe August is around the corner.
Our End of Summer Special. is now open. Get August & September Yoga for only $95. There are 6 class cancellations during August & September and still over 20 Hybrid classes offered. I will also be sending two links to recorded classes you will have unlimited access to.

August & September 2025 Schedule
Tuesday 7am - Hybrid Yoga - NO Class August 19th
Thursday 7am - Hybrid Yoga - NO Class August 21st
Friday 10am - Hybrid Yoga in the Chair - NO Class August 22nd
Sunday 8:30am - Hybrid Yoga - NO Class August 10th, 17th & - NO Class September 21st.

All classes are Hybrid with in person option for Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at Mass Academy of Ballet in Open Square and Friday 10am class at the Holyoke Senior Center

If you want to only do a drop in class please email me prior to the class you want to take. You can pay cash or check on the day of or we can send a link to class and a paypal invoice for $15.
