Hello Yogis, as we prepare for the Holidays and the end of 2025 I thought about how odd this past year has been. Every year has its ups and downs but somehow 2025 seemed "extra" as the kids say.

So to kick off 2026 I thought we'd have a little fun and have yoga classes on all the odd numbered days. Basically class every other day, with a few exceptions. I also will start off the year on Thursday January 1st at 8am instead of 7:15.

All classes will continue to be Hybrid with in person at MAB in Open Square.

Every weekday class will be at 7:15 (except January 1st) and every weekend class will be at 8am.
No class on Friday the 9th and Friday the 23rd, otherwise every odd number day there is a class.
There will be 14 classes through the month, price stays at $60 for the month and just 1 zoom link for the whole series.

Our End of Summer Special. is now open. Get August & September Yoga for only $95. There are 6 class cancellations during August & September and still over 20 Hybrid classes offered. I will also be sending two links to recorded classes you will have unlimited access to.
