Meet the Provider! A warm HPA welcome to our newest provider Dr. Iles.

Dr. Iles joined Holyoke Pediatrics in September 2025. She grew up nearby in Hadley, Massachusetts, then moved to New York City to attend Barnard College. She was initially drawn to the public health field and completed a master’s degree in epidemiology at Columbia University. She worked in numerous research settings but ultimately realized that she was most interested in clinical medicine, particularly pediatrics. She returned to Massachusetts to get her medical degree at UMass and then completed her pediatrics residency training at Baystate Medical Center. After graduating, she and her husband moved across the country to Flagstaff, AZ, where she practiced pediatrics for seven years. While they liked living in the southwest, they ultimately decided to move back to Western Mass to be closer to family.

Dr. Iles was drawn to primary care pediatrics for the opportunity to treat a variety of medical conditions while supporting patients through every stage of their childhood. She enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients and their families. With her background in public health, she believes strongly in preventive medicine and the role of vaccinations in keeping our children healthy.

When not at work, Dr. Iles enjoys hiking, traveling, paddleboarding, and spending time with her family and pets (two aussies and a calico cat).

She sees patients 2 days a week in our Holyoke office and 2 days a week in our South Hadley office.

Our weekly playgroups are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00am. Monday's group is at Playful Minds in Chicopee. Tuesday's group is at the Holyoke Library. Thursday's group is for infants/toddlers at Head Start on Maple St. Please join us!

Our offices will be closed on Monday 01/26/26 due to the impending snowstorm. Our on-call service will be still be available for any urgent questions or concerns. Our team is actively working to reschedule all of Monday's appointments, but please give the office a call if you have not heard from us already. At this time, we will still be open on Saturday and Sunday morning for sick visits only. Stay safe and warm this weekend!

A statement on childhood vaccines at HPA: We at Holyoke Pediatric Associates firmly believe in the value of vaccines as a key tool for child health and well-being. Vaccines are safe and prevent disease. We continue to follow the thoroughly studied, validated vaccine schedule from the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, as we always have here at Holyoke Pediatrics. The schedule is found below. All vaccines will still be free and no-charge to families for those under 19 years of age. If you have questions or concerns regarding vaccinations, we encourage you to schedule a visit with your child's provider.
