Please join us in recognizing our amazing Cardiac Rehabilitation team during Cardiac Rehab Week.

Cardiac rehabilitation plays a vital role in helping patients recover, rebuild strength, and improve heart health after a cardiac event. Through medically supervised exercise, education, and support, cardiac rehab helps patients reduce their risk of future heart problems and improve overall quality of life.

We are grateful for the dedication and compassion of our cardiac rehab team and the impact they make on our patients every day.

Thank you, Marissa Bussell, Amanda Jantz, Sara Nadow, and Luis de la Torres, for your commitment to patient care and heart health in our community.

Please join us in congratulating Kaylee on passing the annual MQSA inspection for the MMH Mammography Department.

The Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) is a federal law regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration that upholds rigorous standards to ensure the highest levels of patient safety, image quality, and regulatory compliance in breast imaging.

Passing this inspection reflects exceptional attention to detail, strong teamwork, and a true commitment to providing the very best care for our patients.

Thank you, Kaylee, for your dedication and for the important work you do for our community.

❤️ Wear Red Day ❤️

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women and men in the United States. On Wear Red Day, we encourage our community, local businesses, and employees to wear red to help raise awareness about heart health and prevention.

Know the warning signs of heart disease and heart attack:
• Chest pain, pressure, or discomfort
• Shortness of breath
• Pain in the jaw, neck, back, arm, or shoulder
• Nausea, dizziness, or lightheadedness
• Unusual fatigue, especially in women

Heart health matters:
Many heart conditions can be prevented through early detection, routine checkups, and healthy lifestyle choices.

📸 Wear red and tag us in your photos to help spread awareness and show your support for heart health.

Wear red in support of heart health and take the next step. Schedule your vascular screening today by calling 970-854-2241.
