Summary:

We are looking for an extremely reliable massage therapist with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate should be outgoing and friendly. You must be a team player and be willing to take direction from the Doctor as we strive to give our patients the best care possible, while making them feel comfortable and getting them back to optimal health.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide various massage modalities to patients based on Doctor’s orders/diagnosis.
Complete massages in a timely manner in order to stay on schedule with the clinic.
Maintain a clean and orderly massage room.
Assist in ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
Assist in cleaning and sanitizing according to CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.
Enter complete and accurate massage notes into chiropractic software.
Follow HIPAA compliance.
Flexibility in schedule to accommodate patients.
Clean and stock massage room at end of shift.
Launder sheets, towels, and clothing as necessary.
Must attend quarterly meetings with clinic staff.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy school required with current license in good standing
• Previous experience working with a Chiropractic Physician preferred
• CPR certification required (we renew as a clinic every 2 years)
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required or mandatory weekly testing with printed proof of a negative result required
• Required to meet specific on-going state requirements for certifications and/or licensure
• Must be able to perform all duties while wearing a face mask for entire shift
• Proficient computer skills

Balancing daily charges, data entry, and preparing reports.
Filing.
Maintain a clean and orderly reception area as well as front desk area.
Assist in ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
Assist in cleaning and sanitizing according to CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.
Follow HIPAA compliance.
Flexibility in schedule to accommodate patients.
Must attend quarterly meetings with clinic staff.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT codes a plus.
• Previous experience working with a Chiropractic Physician preferred
