Orthopedic Physical Therapy Services (OPTS) is a family owned and operated establishment that is committed to providing the most effective treatments and achieving the fastest results. At OPTS, we use a unique combination of manual physical therapy techniques and Pilates therapeutic exercises during one-on-one 60 minute sessions that provide significant results in just 2-4 visits. Our mission is to assist every patient to play an active role in their rehab process so that they can overcome pain and injury and recover their overall fitness, health, and well-being as soon as possible. Each session is guided by a credentialed specialist – Doctor of Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant who stays with you from start to finish. We specialize in any condition that alters or diminishes your ability to move correctly, efficiently, or pain-free. These conditions include, but are not limited to:
• Chronic Low Back/Neck Pain
• TMJ/Headaches
• Pre or Post-Surgical Rehab
• Shoulder Pain
• Fibromyalgia
• Hip Bursitis/Pain
• Knee Arthritis
• Ankle Sprains
• Balance Problems
• Poor Cardiovascular or Pulmonary Endurance
