This upcoming Wednesday at 5:30 pm, we invite you to join Emma Mayfield, DO, Homer Medical Center, for "Know Your Numbers", an informative session that breaks down the meaning behind common blood tests and what high or low results may indicate.

As always, free soup & bread will be offered, and after Dr. Mayfield's talk, we'll have an hour of vinyasa yoga led by Maggie Kao.

As we wrap up October and Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we wanted to take a moment to highlight the 3rd annual Brake Breakfast. Hosted by SPH with Seaside Women’s Care, the SPH Imaging Department, and Kachemak Bay Family Planning Clinic, we shared over 400 breakfast bags filled with treats and important breast health information across three locations!

1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime, but early screening saves lives. SPH offers 3D digital mammography with fast, comfortable service — no referral needed for those over 40.
