🌙 Did you know poor sleep affects over 40% of Alaskans? Lack of quality sleep can lead to memory problems, weakened immunity, increased risk of heart disease, and mood disorders.
⭐️ Good sleep hygiene is key: keep a regular schedule, limit screen time before bed, and create a calm, dark sleeping environment.
Struggling with sleep? Talk to your SPH provider for tips and support—better sleep means better health all around.
