Congratulations to our March Employee of the Month, Patrick Anderson! His peers recognized Patrick for consistently demonstrating outstanding performance, initiative, and dedication, making a significant impact across multiple service lines.
Here's what a coworker said about him: "Since Patrick stepped into his role, average monthly referrals for Sleep Studies have more than doubled, showing measurable growth directly tied to his outreach strategies and relationship-building efforts. Similarly, referrals for Pulmonary Rehabilitation have also more than doubled, a testament to his ability to identify opportunities and communicate effectively with providers. The office managers at each of our referral sites LOVE when Patrick stops by for a visit, which has played a huge role in his effectiveness. He is intentional and has a personal touch in his outreach efforts. An example of this is when he took toys as a “goody” to one of the office managers once he heard she was taking her grandchildren to the beach the following week.
Patrick is a natural “go-getter.” He is always there when you need him. Whether that means coming in early, staying late, or taking on new tasks without hesitation, he was a key driver in streamlining referral monitoring, helping implement a new software solution that has already shown excellent results in organization, efficiency, and follow-through.
