I am qualified to use Reiki for self-healing, individual healing, group healing, distance healing & teaching. I'm currently accepting Children, Teens & Adults. What is Holy Fire? The use of the word holy in the name Holy Fire is not intended to have a religious meaning. The word holy has as its root meaning to be whole & complete & this is how it's used in Holy Fire. Therefore, Holy Fire is a spiritual energy that creates wholeness through purification, healing, empowerment & guidance. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. Translated as "universal life energy". It's a technique for stress reduction & relaxation that promotes healing with the body, mind & spirit to balance the energy field, release blockages, promoting relaxation & peace.

Healing Reiki energy is available to everyone & everything, regardless of their social or financial status; contact us for more information. This treatment is generally not covered by health insurance. How to prepare for your appointment? Wear clean, loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. You may wish to wear natural fabrics: cotton, linen or silk. Remove your shoes, jewelry, glasses before your session & keep your phone switched off or leave it behind. What is a typical Reiki appointment? A typical session can last between 15-90 minutes. At your first appointment, you'll meet with your Reiki Master/practitioner. You'll have a short introduction about the process, your expectations & intentions. Let your Reiki Master/practitioner know of any symptoms you want addressed or any places in your body you want to be focused on. Also, let your Reiki Master/practitioner know if you have any injuries or places that are sensitive to touch. You'll be instructed to lie down on treatment table. They will cover with sheet/blanket. Soft, relaxing music will be playing in background. For the most part there won't be any talking during session, but you can feel free to let your Reiki Master/practitioner know if there's something you need to feel more comfortable or to share your experience. The Reiki Master/practitioner will move their hands around your head/body. They may touch you lightly or have hands just above your body. You may experience sensations in the body (ie: heat or tingling). Some even see visualization as colors, pictures or having memories appear. Try to allow whatever arises to pass without attaching too much meaning to it. Your experiences may become deeper the more you continue with Reiki. What to expect after your appointment? Drink plenty of water after your session. Some people feel calm, peaceful or energized. You may also feel tired. Aftercare instructions will be emailed to you after your session. You will receive a follow up phone call the day after your session. Current hours:
