A proposed ma*****na ballot amendment did not qualify for the 2026 election.
This measure was focused on adult-use (recreational) ma*****na, not the current medical program.

🌿 Medical ma*****na is still legal
Florida’s medical ma*****na program remains fully active and unchanged.
Your card, prescriptions, and access to dispensaries are still valid.

📄 Your rights are protected
Nothing changes for patients:
