Ever notice how kind and compassionate you are to others during their struggles?
I invite you to be as kind, loving, and compassionate to yourself as you are to them! What you say to yourself matters!
Tip: Start noticing your internal dialogue. What do you tell yourself during times of doubt, struggle, failure, or uncertainty? What could you tell yourself that would be more aligned with the same kindness and compassion that you're so good at showing others?
Practice this daily! Be kind to yourself daily!
