Hey everyone! I have some bad news...since the turnout has been extremely minimal, I am going to change up bootcamp! I will no longer be holding an open class! If you are interested in continuing to workout, please let me know and I can do something specifically for you! Can't wait to hear from you guys! And NO BOOTCAMP TODAY!!

Hey everyone! So I wanted to let you all know that we are able to do the workout on base as originally planned, so we will be moving to the park by the base for bootcamp from now on! Also, I will be out of town next week for a vacation with my family, so there will be no workouts, but I will post something you can do at home on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!! We will start on base the week I get back! I hope this works for everyone and I will see you all (at my home) tomorrow morning!! :)

Hey everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful week! I just wanted to let you all know that on Monday, we have to push the class back to 10 because my son has a dr appt at 9am (his 9 month old checkup, I can't believe he is already that old)! Thank you guys for your understanding and I will see you all on monday!
