SLS Consulting Solutions will pay for your first certification course up to $99, after you have signed on to be on our team, completed and passed the background check, and meet all the equipment requirements.
Requirements:
o Must be 18 year of age or over
o Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
o Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week, most clients have weekend and or evening and/or night requirements.
o Must work in quiet environment free from distractions.
Equipment Requirements:
PC or MAC (The below requirements are for PC’s)
o Operating System Windows 7 or Windows 10 (preferred)
o Speed- Dual: Intel core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel I3,I5,I7 or AMD Phenom X2 or better
o Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space with 60 GB or more of total space
o Memory: 4 GB of RAM or Better
Additional Requirements:
Must have a USB headset with microphone and willing to purchase a call center phone with headset.
Must have a landline phone service (No Magic Jacks or wireless devices allowed)
Internet connection and Speed – PC/Laptop must be hardwired into a modem. Type of internet service can either be DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection (wireless aka WIFI connection). The minimum internet speed must be 10 mbps download with a minimum 3 mbps upload.
