We all get tired of having demands on our time. This is a couple of hours just for you where there are NO demands.

The Fireside Chat is where you get to be you without representing anyone else but you. Even if you don’t think you need this space - you’ll probably find you needed this space when you leave.

No shame, No judgement, No hoops to jump through.

Labeling people is a lazy way to dodge accountability for how YOU treat them.

Calling somebody “toxic” means you found a word to make cutting them off easier.
Slapping “narcissist” on them doesn’t tell me anything about their story, it tells me you didn’t stick around to hear it.

But let me be clear…you don’t have to like everyone, trust everyone, or keep everyone close. Boundaries are beautiful.

But when we start pathologizing (diagnosing) everybody that rub us the wrong way, we dehumanize them. And once someone stops being human in your eyes, anything you do to them feels justified.

That ain’t healing. That’s just you being mean dressed up as “self-care.”

Stop playing doctor on people’s lives. Drop the label, learn the story.

We created this Fireside Chat for women 40+ who are feeling overstimulated in rooms that feel performative and surrounded by people who don’t see them. It can be exhausting, right?

It’s not flashy.
