Key Responsibilities
• Greet clients warmly and provide an exceptional first impression
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate records
• Assist with membership management and retail product sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
• Support providers and team members with daily operational needs
• Help ensure a smooth and efficient flow of the day’s schedule
Qualifications
• Previous front desk, customer service, or medical spa experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Comfortable with scheduling software, texting platforms, and POS systems
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Schedule
Approximately 30–40 hours per week, including some evenings.
