Anger
Safely express your anger. Use anger as a positive force. Honour all of your emotions as SACRED!

Anger is nothing more then an emotion. Some people have no idea what to do with it. It can come out in so many ways. A lot of that can be very toxic if you allow it to be. There is fire in this card, glowing from within. Looks passionate to me, looks fierce. Anger can drive you in whatever direction you choose. So choose wisely. Use it to push you forward into what is for your highest and greatest good. Use it to knock down any obstacles.

Breath
Focus your breath. Allow it to guide your actions and flow. Fear often mean breath holding: let that all go. There is a place for slowing down your breath and being mindful of it. Take a deep breath and rethink your strategy. Take a deep breath and pause a few seconds before exhaling. Which will train you to give yourself that little bit more time.
This card is a 9 this represents the end of a cycle a mew beginning so to say. A Change within the self. I tell people all the time we do not breathe correctly, it’s all random. Holding your breath, not breathing in for the same amount of time you are breathing out. Control, this is honestly the one thing you have complete control of.
