Today our HF team recognized heart health by wearing red as a reminder to take care of our hearts in every sense of the word. That means prioritizing our health, checking in on one another, and showing a little extra kindness and support to those around us.

As we lean into the Valentine’s spirit, today is also about connection, compassion, and community. A smile, a conversation, or simply showing up for someone can go a long way.

Some of our red shirts are also in rememberance of our friend and colleague, Pete Coleman. Pete will always be part of our story, and today we honor him by looking out for one another and leading with heart, just as he did.

Take care of your heart. Support each other. And don’t forget to spread a little love today! ❤️

🏈 Fridays hit a little differently in January! 🏈

As the regular season winds down and the road to the Super Bowl heats up, the excitement is still alive in our Honeoye Falls, NY plant... including team gear on the floor, friendly rivalries across departments, and plenty of football talk to get us through the workday.

Our football-themed tree is standing strong, decked out with ornaments representing some of the best teams in the NFL because around here, we’re not ready to let football season go just yet.

Good luck to all the teams as the regular season wraps up and postseason dreams are on the line. Here’s to teamwork, pride, and enjoying one of the best times of the sports year, both on the field and on the production floor.

🎄✨ As we reflect on the last several weeks of good holiday times at work, we’re grateful for the moments that brought us together — and we’re getting ready to nestle down for some well-deserved holiday relaxation. ✨🎄

From craft fairs and holiday raffles, to flannel day, first-ever Christmas caroling, a cookie exchange that did not disappoint 🍪, and even a Santa and Elf sighting 🎅🧝, the season gave us plenty of reasons to smile.

A special thank-you to those who decked the halls with holiday décor, helping brighten the spirit of the season and making our workplace feel extra festive and welcoming for everyone. ✨

What made it even more meaningful was the heart behind it all. Our team came together to give back by donating toys and warm jammies to Golisano Children’s Hospital in Rochester, NY — a reminder that generosity and community are at the center of what we do. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who participated, planned, baked, sang, decorated, donated, and joined in the fun. You’re what makes this facility such a special place to work — during the holidays and all year long. ✨ Happy Holidays from HF!

We kicked off our Holiday Luncheon celebrations with our 3rd shift team this morning, and it was a wonderful way to start the day! We enjoyed bringing the magic of the season to life in our breakroom — a small way to say thank you and create space for connection.

This is also the time of year we recognize teammates reaching their service milestones, celebrated every five years. Your dedication to HF continues to make a meaningful impact.

We’ll be celebrating with 1st and 2nd shift later today — but until then, here’s a glimpse of a few employees enjoying the festive season. ❄️✨

Big thanks to all the students at Genesee Valley BOCES in Mount Morris (especially those in Metal Trades!) who stopped by our table last night. We handed out more of our Southco ducks 🦆, chatted about careers, and even made one little guy’s night with some candy 🍬 …. future manufacturer in the making!

One student asked, “What is manufacturing?” - and honestly, what a great question. We were able to explain that everything around us, from your phone to your favorite tools, is manufactured by people who build, shape, and create.

It’s exactly why we love getting out into the community. The more we talk about manufacturing, the more we can inspire the next generation to build what’s next. Also, thank you to Jeff Swift, for the tour of his shop and machinery, that students are using to learn.

🎉 Happy 70th Anniversary to Southco Honeoye Falls! 🎉

We had an absolutely incredible day celebrating Southco's 70th Anniversary right here in Honeoye Falls, NY! 🎉 It was such an honor to be recognized by our local community and the great state of New York for seven decades of innovation and dedication. A huge thank you to all who joined us, especially our special guest, Mayor of Honeoye Falls (and former Southco employee!), Richard Milne. Your presence made it even more special. Plus, we can’t forget Lugia's Ice Cream Truck for keeping spirits high and taste buds happy across all three shifts! What a treat! 🍦

🎉 Hoppy Easter Weekend from the team at Southco - Honeoye Falls 🎉

🐰 We're egg-cited to share that we had some extra special visitors hop by our manufacturing facility this week, spreading lots of Easter cheer and smiles to our HF team!

We also had a blast putting together some fun Easter bags and raffle for our team's children and grandchildren. Also, let’s not forget the wonderful job the kids did with our Easter coloring contest.

Wishing everyone a joyful Easter filled with happiness, family, friends, and maybe a few chocolate eggs! 🍫🥚

Our local HF team, and football loving community that it is, stands united as "Kate's Mafia" to celebrate the strength and courage of a teammate's daughter who's enduring her fight against cancer. Regardless of what jersey or colors we may wear on our Sunday game nights, today we come together on one team, and wear pink for Ken Boldt's daughter. Proceeds collected from the sale of these shirts will go to Katey and her family in support of her journey.

So please join us…..go grab your loud cups, circle the wagons, fly eagles fly, raise your terrible towels and fins, and make some noise so Kate hears our support! 'smafia
