I just wanted to give a whole hearted thank you to everyone supporting my small business and being a part of this dream come true.
And giving a shout out to all of the bad ass ladies out there making it happen, following their hearts and carving their own paths.

🍂Band, Burn, and Tone 🍂

Small bands, big impact! This class uses mini resistance bands to help you strengthen and tone while improving posture and body alignment. We’ll focus on controlled, intentional movements that activate your core, glutes, and upper body to help you stand taller and move with more ease.

The workout is low-impact but surprisingly effective—you’ll feel muscles you didn’t even know you had! No experience needed, just come ready to move, strengthen, and leave feeling balanced and energized.

🍂Bands are provided just bring a yoga mat and a water bottle!

When: Thurs classes start Nov 6

Duration: 6 weeks (No class Nov 27, or Dec 25)

Time: 5:45 pm

Fee: $96 for 6 weeks or $18/class drop-in
