Seven weeks into 2026.. and this year has already asked me to grow in ways I didn’t expect.

This season hasn’t been about adding more. It’s about letting go.

I gave up:
•mindless scrolling and social media noise
•wine and distractions that clouded clarity
•the pressure of trying to figure everything out
•imposter syndrome
•gossip, comparison, and outside opinions that were never mine to carry

And in the space something beautiful happened.
I gained:
•peace and contentment through stillness
•knowledge and wisdom - 12 new books live on my shelf
•loyalty, connection and love from a new tribe
•insight, clarity, creativity and courage
•the confidence to expand one dream and begin another

2026 started chilly, windy, and a little uncomfortable but also deeply abundant.

Sometimes growth doesn’t look loud and pretty. Sometimes it looks like quiet alignment.

Thank you 2026 for reminding me that when we clear the noise, we can finally hear where we’re meant to go.
